Back in January I received a package in the mail from DD Electronics, a small Chinese company making its name in head-fi circles with its range of cases and accessories for mobile audio enthusiasts like me.
At the time I was looking for better ways to store my gear on the go, and DD’s C-2019 case was the perfect solution. Well-made with quality materials, it was large enough to carry my HiBy R6 Pro DAP and (unboxed) IEMs, along with some cables and adapters.
Fast forward six months and a global pandemic, and DD have come out with an updated model of the Hi-Fi case. Although the aptly-called C-2020 case ($56) is more than just an updated version. Not only is the C-2020 twice the size of the first case, it’s also double-sided, giving you more flexibility when it comes to storing different gear.
Up next, build and fit…
